Leading A Better Place To Work

With Author, Storyteller, Speaker and Leadership Consultant Deborah Connors

Learn simple daily practices to transform your LEADERSHIP, your TEAM and your CULTURE.

The CULTURE of your team or organization is not just another thing to add to your ever-growing “To-Do” list.

It is THE thing to focus on to make everything else you do easier!

Over the next SIX MONTHS, you can:
  • adopt appreciative leadership skills
  • learn how to create positive and resilient teams
  • have more meaningful, creative meetings
  • learn to use positive organizing principles, and
  • see your workplace culture flourish!

In this course you will have the opportunity to read, discuss, question, share and inspire one another as you develop and implement new practices aimed at positively shifting your workplace culture.

This is a very hands-on course, with thought-provoking topics focused on the latest concepts in organization well-being and performance.

We would love to welcome you to this forum where you will read a chapter of the book in each module and then work through the activities, designed to help you implement these practices in your workplace.

It’s kind of like a book club—fun, friendly and very practical!

Next course starts in September, 2024. Registration opens soon.
