Early Adopter pricing for the first 10 women to register, or until November 30.
You know the feeling
When was the last time you were so absorbed in your work, your art, or whatever gives your life meaning that you hardly wanted to stop? If it’s been a while, this week is for finding it again, and for building the practices that help you keep it long after you fly home.
This retreat is for women who
- Have achieved a lot, but whose old ways of working are no longer serving them
- Take care of everyone else but feel depleted on the inside
- Have earned their place at the table, but wonder if success must feel this exhausting
- Are emerging leaders who want to do things differently
What the week holds
Pause. Step away from the demands and see what you might notice from somewhere entirely new.
Renew. Rest, movement, restorative scenery, yoga, meditation, Pilates, cold plunge, time in nature, and ocean air.
Rise differently. Research-based workshops on practices and rituals that calm your nervous system, mindfulness, sustainability, boundaries, self-compassion, resilience, and rediscovering presence, joy and peace of mind and heart.
